You’ll finish with: one reviewed task you can repeat without broad tool mastery.

Confidence comes from a few small repeats. You do not need seven new accounts. Spend a week practising one useful task until you can spot what needs fixing.

Set up

Allow 10–15 minutes a day for seven days. Use one approved AI chat and a notebook. This is optional practice after the course, not another enrolment deadline.

FICTIONAL PRACTICE MATERIAL
Practice job: write a short handover. Sample facts: website draft ready; photo approval missing; Jo reviews Friday; release date undecided. Daily note fields: what I tried, what I corrected, what I saved.

Do the task

  1. Day 1: draft a handover. Day 2: shorten it without losing facts. Day 3: ask for missing-information questions.
  2. Day 4: change the audience. Day 5: check a deliberately wrong date. Day 6: reuse your best prompt with new notes.
  3. Day 7: compare the first and latest outputs, then choose one habit to keep.

Your reusable prompt

Make a seven-day practice checklist using this handover task. Keep each session under 15 minutes. Give each day one result to save and one question that helps me check it.

PRACTICE INPUT
Practice job: write a short handover. Sample facts: website draft ready; photo approval missing; Jo reviews Friday; release date undecided. Daily note fields: what I tried, what I corrected, what I saved.

Refine your result

Remove any new subscriptions or tool installations from the plan. Include a catch-up option if I miss a day.

Check the result

The plan should contain seven manageable sessions, no punishment for a missed day, and a comparison of your own work rather than a promised confidence score.

Save and reuse

Save your seven checked examples in one folder. Keep the prompt that needed the least correction.
