The 5 Hour Operator
Privacy
Last updated 11 October 2026. This page explains what information this site uses and how you can control it.
What we collect and why
If you sign up for the free email course, we collect your email address and course delivery details so we can send the lessons. If you join the digital product waitlist, we collect your email address to send product availability updates. These are separate signups. We do not add you to one because you joined the other.
If you send a message through a contact form, we receive the details you provide so Kent can reply. If you bought an existing digital product, Stripe handles the payment and provides purchase details needed to confirm access and send the receipt or access email. Do not put sensitive information into the optional buyer questions.
Progress and website visits
Lesson progress and notes are saved in your browser on your device. They are not an account or a cross-device backup. You can remove them by clearing this site's browser storage. Vercel Analytics measures site visits so we can understand which pages are used. Our hosting provider also processes technical request data to serve and protect the site.
Who handles the information
Resend handles our email lists and email delivery. Vercel hosts the website and analytics. Stripe handles existing product payments. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own service and privacy terms. We do not sell your email address.
Your choices
Every course or waitlist email has an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing stops our marketing and course emails. Purchase receipts and access messages may still be sent when needed for an existing order. You can ask what information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or make a privacy complaint by emailing the5houroperator@gmail.com. We will respond and explain any information we must keep for legal or purchase records.
We keep information only while needed for the purposes above, legal records or a record of your unsubscribe choice. We review and remove information that is no longer needed. If a third-party tool is linked from a lesson, check that tool's privacy terms before sharing your own work data.
