# Notion AI for organised knowledge, not automatic truth

Original 5HO practice material. Fictional example. Reviewed 5 October 2026.

## Useful result

You'll finish with a bounded knowledge page with sources and an owner.

An organised workspace makes AI answers easier to check. Start with a few current pages and known owners. Connecting six more apps will not repair three conflicting versions of the same policy.

## Set up

Allow 25–40 minutes in Notion with available AI features. Official documentation lists most external AI connectors under Business or Enterprise, with some exceptions; check the particular connector and account. Indexing is not always immediate.

## Practice input

Practice pages: Workshop Facts, owner Jo, reviewed 5 October: capacity 12. Archived Plan, reviewed 1 September: capacity 10. Current booking date remains undecided.

## Do the task

1. Label the current page and archive the superseded plan visibly.
2. Ask a source-linked question that could reveal a conflict.
3. Open the cited page and check whether the answer used current evidence rather than merely finding a matching phrase.

## Prompt

Find the current workshop capacity in these pages. Cite the page and review date. Mention any conflicting archived value and leave the booking date unknown.

## Refine

If a recently connected source is unavailable, say it may not be indexed yet. Do not fill the gap with the archived capacity.

## Expected checks

The intended answer is 12 from Workshop Facts, with the old value explained as archived. Notion permissions and connector setup determine which real pages can be searched.

## Save

Save the tested question and update the page owner/review date when facts change. Good source maintenance comes before adding more connections.
