ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini can all help with writing, but their account features and connected tools differ. Compare the job you need to finish. Brand loyalty is optional; a result you can use is the point.

## Set up

Allow 25 minutes with two available accounts and the same fictional input. Use official help pages to check projects, reusable instructions and file access for your actual plan.

## Practice input

Job: draft a workshop brief from a note, then reuse the context tomorrow. Must preserve capacity 12 and an unconfirmed date. Nice to have: persistent project files or a supported reusable instruction feature.

## Do the task

1. Run the same brief-writing task in fresh chats and record review effort.
2. Check how each app stores reusable context, using its own terminology.
3. Choose based on the complete workflow and current access, not a universal “best model” claim.
